Eastern Corridor Façade Pilot Program

The Eastern Corridor Façade Program is a pilot program assisting long-term homeowners in Covington’s Eastern Corridor, helping residents building equity and increasing property values through exterior home improvements.

Funding can be used for exterior home improvements such as new paint, shutters, flower boxes and other cosmetic upgrades.

Applicants must live within the Eastern Corridor of Covington (see map below):

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be an owner-occupied home
• Must be owned by a resident age 50 or older
• Applicant must have an annual income of $50,000 or below
